Support Worker Vacancy

Let’s talk pay! We’re quite aware other home care companies get quite savvy with advertising positions and often offer attractive hourly rates, some even including holiday pay on their advertised hourly rate.

So, let’s break down our pay, we believe that Support Workers should be paid for travel time + mileage (35ppm) and not just their contact time with Clients, we pay £12.00ph & 12.50ph on weekends. On average this equals to £14.29ph for contact time with clients, and if you include holiday pay (based on 12.07%) this is £16.01ph. Additionally, we ensure you have calculated paid travel time between clients and enough time with clients to deliver the best person-centred care without having to rush.

Being a Support Worker is not just about the pay, it’s a position of privilege, caring for our amazing clients in their own home. You could be having a chat over a cup of tea, taking individuals out and about, or helping them have a wash. All while travelling around North Norfolk.
